Open Day at Park Lane Garden Centre

BITA Pathways invites you to an Open Day at Park Lane Garden Centre on Friday 30th September from 11.00am to 3.00pm.

Drop in to find out about training and work experience opportunities, talk to Learning & Work Advisers, consult the garden doctor in his surgery between 12.00pm and 2.00pm and watch the winter container demonstration at 12.30pm.

Also available for sale: winter bedding plants, compost, shrubs and items from the pottery, woodcraft and textiles workshops. new coffee shop now open offering freshly brewed coffee and home-made cakes.

Digbeth Fun Day

Digbeth Fun Day will be a day of pigeon racing, BBQ-ing and live music for all the family!

Ten Digbeth publicans are each backing a pigeon in a race from Worcester – who will win?! Come to learn more about pigeons, enjoy a BBQ, Raffle, and see which pub will win a pigeon prize.

Local acoustic musicians will be performing during the day, adding pigeon-related songs to their repertoires.

When: Sunday 14th August, BBQ and music from 13:00, Pigeons returning approx 14:30

Any money raised on the day will go towards supporting Digbeth Residents Association and Project Pigeon.
